Auto-relocating radio recordings

Is there a practical way to do this?

I recently recorded Neverwhere and as it was a series recording it was a simple matter to set the series folder to auto-extract mp3. What I would like to do is send any radio recording - but especially those from R4 and R4Ex - to an Audio folder set to auto-extract mp3. This would need to include non-series recordings.

By extension, is it possible to identify new recordings, including regular video, according to the channel that broadcast them and perform some sort of processing on that basis?

The Non-series-filer (name to be decided) doesn't exist yet, may-be not too far off though
