Is it possible to sort the on box EPG alphabetically by channel, like BBC1,2,3,4 etc rather than channel number?

You can make a Favourite group with the channels manually sorted to your pleasure. This is also the only way to have both TV and radio channels in the same guide display. Once you've selected a channel from the group, using the List>Left/Right or EPG>Blue remote buttons to select the group, it sticks (across restarts) unless a channel is selected that isn't in the group.

Or you re-allocate the LCNs so the services are ordered in the way you want.
