Can Pay TV recordings be transferred to PC

Hi,

I'm planning to buy refurbished HDR FOX T2 and my question is:

if I connect CONAX Card reader to CI slot and record a programm from Pay TV Channel, can I transfer it to USB decrypted - so that I can edit it later on my PC ?

AFAIK nobody has reported experiences with conditional access cards in the entire life of this forum. No idea - when you find out, let us know (we might be able to offer advice along the way based on what you report).
