Cannot connect to Web IF

I have a HDR T2 with CF 3.10 I normally connect to the web IF using my old XP PC using IE browser
I havent connected for a while but these last 2 days I havn't been able to connect to the Web IF. to install another package. I am connected to the portal on the T2 and I type into IE the IP address showing in the Wifi config www.192.168.1.67 I just get
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
IE can connect to google so I have a internet connection.
I get the same result with Firefox
Have I forgoton something ?

It's not "www....". Just the IP address, or "http://<IP address>".
