Channel 37 Quest

Hi
Over the last two days i have had no program listings on Ch 37 Quest all i get is a blank box. I recorded something on the same channel last night and when i went to watch it the recording was unwatchable ? anyone having the same issue ??
 
It is the same with the HDR-FOX T2, Quest+1 seems OK though. I've not tried to record, but if you are using AR and there is no guide information this could cause problems.
