Could not load .ts file

hi I am getting a few of these each morning after doing a few recordings the night before with detectads and decrypt, I have tried to resubmit them manually but after leaving a few moments nothing changes.
Can someone help with this ?

When checking my media files then queue it does all my recordings that still to be processed and in varing amounts I get certain files that have failed to complete with the .ts fault

Is that in a log file?

It appears in the log field of the queue display.

I have quite a few of them, sometimes they occur if the recording has been deleted, renamed or moved but there are others where there is no obvious cause but I haven't investigated because they don't seem to cause problems

Thanks that is it,sorry for not explaining it correctly,at the moment I just live with it but I asked the question to find out why if there was a why
