Some will already know this but I have owned a T2 for years and never knew it so I hope this will help others.
You can switch between 2 channels quickly, the one you are watching and the last one you were watching (like on sky tv).
Simply press the "i" button to get the channel into bar on the bottom of the screen and then press the back button, then press the back button again to switch back.
Perfect for a quick glance at a football/rugby score etc.
