Very strange. The DLNA server has dropped out on both my "normal service" HDR-FOXes lately - HDR1 service was restored by a reboot, HDR3 had to have the service turned off and on again.
Belay that. The HDR3 problem might have been coincident with me struggling with iPlayer (the TV Portal cuts out all the normal functionality of the HDR-FOX, in particular the DLNA server).
