Does 2000T still have problems recording BBC3/BBC4 HD?

There has been no firmware update for the 2000T. Yet I recall being told it had problems recording BBC3 HD and BBC4 HD just the same as HDR Fox T2 when the channels came on. Is this still the case?

I've been asked about a 2000T by a friend who is thinking of buying one, hence my question. I've tried to talk him into a Grade A HDR Fox T2 (custom firmware, and a better product) but he wants a current product for reasons he can't really articulate to me. He seems concerned about support (well he might from Humax, but that applies to the 2000T as well in my view).
 
Yes but the problem on the HDR Fox T2 could be worked around by tuning to each affected channel in turn. So if you've ever watched BBC3 HD live, that would have fixed it until the next retune. A bit cumbersome as a work around.
