downloaded ts file via webif does not seem to decrypt

I had a SD file which I cropped using webif. then download via webif to my computer but it would just not play.
I think it's the first time this happened to me.
What have I forgot to do?

The cropped file needs to be DLNA indexed by the Humax operating system, this is done on boot-up or at certain time intervals, there is some info. on the steps required in the WiKi HERE , ensure you have the DLNA icon against the file before downloading

Is there a way to check that it has been indexed?

the t2 probably had not indexed it after the crop.
