Downloading and installing full web interface... FAILURE

I found that my browser shortcut was no longer working to http://192.168.1.75 Looked up IP on the PVR and it showed 192.168.1.74 no idea why it changed but did have new BT package some months back.
Connected to http://192.168.1.74/ and got the on-screen message "Custom Firmware Successfully Installed! " which seems a good starting point.
I did the step of checking Web TV Portal working, had to set up with activation code - all OK

Tried next step and the button "Download Full Web Interface" .... http://192.168.1.74/install
and it failed, seem to be missing packages at the server end ? full message below.
Internet connection seems live and working to Humax.

Can anybody who understands such things offer some help to resolve.

It's not a good starting point if you previously had a working WebIF. This is the sort of thing you might get if the HDD had failed. Is the HDR working in other respects?
