Downloading Issue

Hello all,

Been using the CF for many years now and always record Christmas TV shows which I then download to my laptop to put on my Plex server.
3.13 is installed.

From about a week ago, when I press OPT+ and choose 'Download' from the pop up menu, I get an error from webpage. (i've substituted the ip addresses with x's below.
I did get a new laptop for Christmas but have successfully downloaded files since then. Getting the same error when attempting to download using ipad.

Can anyone offer any advice.

xxx.xxx.xx.xxx refused to connect.


Try:

• Search the web for xxx xxx xx xxx
• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

I've found the problem. Noticed on the My Video folder, it said at the top 'Content sharing not enabled'.
Have no idea how that had been turned off.

Turned back on in the Internet Settings Menu on the Fox Box and working fine now.

I have seen Content Sharing disable itself occasionally. I think it happens when you wake the box up from standby while it is recording.

Have no idea how that had been turned off.

Probably doesn't matter if you install the boot_settings package and set it up to turn back on again at each boot.
