DTR-T4000 looping on start up

My T4000 has failed and just keeps looping on the start up screen. It boots and then just reboots.
I can get it to ask for maintenance menu but it won't actually go into it.

Anybody any ideas?

Presumably you have switched it off/on 'at the wall'?

Yes.
I've took the hard drive out too and still the same.
