Duplicates with "-DECRYPT" suffix

Hi,
Since reinstating automatic decryption a week or so ago, we've had a few recent programs appear in the Media listing duplicated, one with suffice "-DECRYPT" in the displayed name. Looking in media from the web page, or with FTP these have the original file name but with "dec" at the end. For example we have "The 39 Steps_20201014_1702-dec.ts" as well as "The 39 Steps_20201014_1702.ts". Any ideas why this would be? It doesn't seem to be consistent. Could this be jobs that were interrupted or something?

Cheers. Which should I keep? Does it rename the original with .dec and then create a new file with the original name? Timestamps are the same for both as far as I can see so I can't tell which came first.
