EPG Day advance search

Hi, noobie here......I have just purchased the HDR and was wondering if there is a way of forwarding to a particular day on the EPG rather than scroll hour by hour?

The fast forward and skip forward keys move 4 hours or a day - can't remember which one does which offhand.
