In this case, there is a simple potential explanation (as I think prpr is hinting).
Hypothesis: the presentation code takes the current time and resolves it to a day name for t+24h, t+48h, etc... but when 23:00 ≤︎ t ≤︎ 23:59 that formula hits the "missing" hour due to GMT →︎ BST so Sunday becomes Monday – which is actually true.
So, although the labelling looks odd, actually clicking "Monday" when t = 23:30 (say) should get you to the EPG around 00:30 Monday morning (ie Sunday night). Not so weird at all.
I can't think of an alternative formula, but it is bound to attract a comment such as this from time to time.
Suggestion: maybe add an asterisk to the the day label when there is a clock shift within the span for all day labels after the clock shift? So in the example above, "Monday" would read "Monday*".
