File System Gone Read Only

Hi,

I have the Fox T2 with custom firmware which has been running normally for some years. A few days ago I was transferring a bunch of files by FTP, partway through the process the transfers failed and now it appears the whole file system is read only. We can't add or delete anything. We can play stuff that's already on the disk.

Any ideas about first steps to try and resolve this?
