Formatting external HDD back to fat32

Is it possible to format the external HDD that I've been using for my T2 box to record on from whatever format it's in (ext3 i think) to something windows can read as normal, as I have no use for it connected to the box any longer? Using a Windows 7 PC.

Plug it into your Windows box and you should be able to format it NTFS.

If you must format it to FAT32, see HERE (click) (posts 52-57).
