FVP-4000T loses 'earlier' programme guide.

Since the most recent update our box loses the 'earlier' programme guide after a couple of days. It needs to be power cycled to get the list populated again. 'No programme information' is shown on each line.

Also, when playing The Chase on ITV Hub, the playback often stalls when ad breaks start. Fiddling about with OK and play sometimes gets it going again. Other times we need to go into Hub and resume from there.

By the 'earlier' programme guide do you mean the section of the guide that covers the previous 7 days? If so how is the FVP connected to the Internet (wired connection, WiFi connection, power line (or Homeplug) adapters etc)?
