Help, ip address not working. Changed?

Hi, Non tech person here so be gentle.

my saved page of ip address for humax isn’t loading any more. Don’t use it too often just to upgrade already installed packages.
Could it have changed?

unsure if related but portal works fine.

Want to get the phone remote option working again
 
At a guess you had it set to DHCP and the router has given it a different address to the one you've bookmarked. Go to the router's configuration page and look to see what address it's currently been given.

Alternatively using the remote go to Menu->settings->system->internet setting->configure lan and see what the current settings are
