How can I retune for Quest HD without a full retuning?

In the retune I've lost Quest HD 114 again. How can I retune for Quest HD without a full retuning?
I'm in east Midlands receiving from Waltham transmitter is that helps
 
Do a manual retune on UHF Channel 55 (Mux COM 7), using DVB-T2.

If you have any future recordings on Mux COM 7 programmed, you will have to select them again. Any programmed recordings on other Mux should be unaffected.
