How to change region

I've just done the smart retune to get local HD news and selected the wrong region (I selected SW instead of West).
To fix that I've tried to do another smart tune, but this time I wasn't given the option as to which of 3 the regions I wanted. Is there a way to change my region short of a manual tune and loosing my recording schedules?
I can still select West HD by selecting 1001 and selecting W rather than SW or South, but 101 is SW which is annoying since I mostly use the 101 - 105 channels.

The smart retune intentionally will not give you a full retune. First thing to do is make a note of your future recording schedule, and then retune without selecting "Smart".
