How to replace device in Remote Scheduling?

I have replaced my HDR-Fox T2 with a new box (but kept the HDD from the old machine). I now need to register the new device with the Remote Scheduling service. So I went to https://rs.hpkg.tv/ and removed my old device. I then went into Settings on the Web IF of the new machine and registered the new device (using the same email address as before). The registration status is shown as Active, and I can see the new machine as a device in the RS web interface, but the rest of the RS interface is blank - no EPG, no schedule, nothing.
Do I need to wait for a few hours for this stuff to appear?
