Installation wizard started out of the blue

I turned the T2 on today and was presented with the above. I can't even remember to have had one when it was bought years ago. What could have happened?
 
It has been known to happen, happened to me about 2 years ago (after which AR started working better). Also been reported by others. Don't know what causes it - and not enough data points to even build a hypothesis.

At least CF will restore the recording schedule, but you will have to manually reconfigure any standard menu settings.
