Is it me, or does it not show when you've watched a recording?

I have a number of episodes recorded from a series but am i right in thinking the list doesnt show when you've watched an episode. Maybe i'm missing something or does anyone else find this annoying?

There's a yellow "+" flag on the thumbnail for unplayed recordings in the media list, and a corresponding flag on the folder icon that contains it.

Thanks blackhole, yes i see it now, lol the thumbnails already have a lot of yellow in the picture so its barely visible.

Luke i meant the list of recorded programs sorry for the bad explanation.
