ITV4+1 - Pointless

I scanned past ITV4+1 (LCN 59), and saw "programmes start at 5am". I thought "it's not even 10am yet, that's a pretty small window", so I had a look at the listing on the EPG and found it only broadcasts between 5am and 7am, with 30 mins of real programme, 30 mins of "nightscreen", and 60 mins of teleshopping.

ITV3+1 is fractionally better, broadcasting from 9pm to midnight.

LCN squatting, for the reasons mentioned yesterday. You have to have a minimum of 2 hours a day. It's all rather pathetic. If I ran things I'd sweep away all these pointless +1 channels, and lots more besides.

LCN squatting - A good clearout is needed. I'd get rid of the adult channels and most, if not all, of the shopping channels. Given the success of the local channels, I'd lose those as well.
