Hi, had a huge lightning strike and it took out my Foxsat, other sat box and two TVs maybe even my quad LNB.
The Humax boots ok (using Raydon custom firmware) but blinks every 2 secs - alternates between the normal view and a noise screen so impossible to do anything.
The repair shop have just written up a report for my insurance without even bothering to check (beyond economical repair) but am wondering if this can be 'home-repaired/reflashed' at all...otherwise will just keep the HDD...thanks
