"Locked" Thread

I had to use IE9 to post this and the above message as my usual Firefox 10.0.2 would not let me.

I just tried to reply in the referenced topic, and the "post reply" button didn't do anything (Chrome/Win7).

Curiously, each time I click the "post reply" button (in that topic), my ad block count goes up by one. That's not happening elsewhere (including here). I guess the post is failing because the handshake is being rejected by my ad blocker.

So I noticed. Do you have an ad blocker running?

AdBlockPlus was disabled for Hummy.tv but I just re-enabled it and was unable to post to that thread so matches your experience

With AdBlockPlus enabled I can post to this thread

That looks like the problem then. What's more, that thread has been a problem in the past. Could the title ("Advert/commercial removing") be triggering something?

I have UBlock Origin on Firefox and this disabled the 'post reply' button. The log shows:

So I presume it doesn't like the word 'advert' (?)
