My supported user phoned me in a panic this morning, couldn't get anything but "no signal" on the TV. My usual diagnosis is that the TV had switched input from HDMI to internal tuner (with no aerial connected), so I went through the procedure to correct that, to no avail.
As it happened I was going over anyway, and further examination showed no signal on all the muxes but two (including the mux for Sky News).
We went out for a while, and the problem had resolved by about 2pm.
She has a communal distribution system, but I don't see how it could kill six channels - although the remaining two were at the top end of the band. Anyone else on Mendip get the same?
