lost all scheduled programs on epg

Missus called me at work today to say the epg schedule was empty. Logged onto rs and sure enough it was. No bother as i got home and restored back up from a couple of days ago. While doing this also noted itv on ch3 was replaced by something like itv on ch 493. Its all ok but i wondered if this happens for a reason or if its a warning sign.....

No it's not! Sort out your tuning. ITV should definitely be on LCN 3.
