[Maintenance Mode] Tweaks

would it be as simple as service lighttpd start ?

Edit: no because of the basic webif that maintenance mode supplies!
But killing the bootstrap process before starting lighttpd does work - not sure if there any unwanted side effects

Most of epg appears to work including youtub_dl but not queued download because crontab is not running
Recording can be scheduled but old style following reboot
