Mark single forum read

I've searched, and may be missing the obvious, but how do I mark a single forum read rather than all forums?

I don't think that you can do this.

That's not been my experience: have a look at the 'Mark forums read' link at the top left of www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/photos-wild-and-free.34/ which is hosted on the same software.

It looks as though it's a configuration issue.

Having the option only to mark all forums read is fairly brutal!

Not if you use the 'What's new?' link. Anything unread remains in the list until you read it and there isn't usually that many to read. Once you have read the ones that you want to then Mark all forums read.

But the ability to mark a single forum as read is simpler, needs a lot less checking and offers a lot more flexibility.

Funnily enough I was thinking the same yesterday. Some forums I never look at anyway, so it would be good to mark them either as read or ignored.
