can I delete all the list together instead of individually

If it's anything like the HDR-FOX, you can mark a selection of recordings with the red button and then delete the marked set using OPT+ >> Delete. Delete whole folders from the OPT+ button too.

Sort of. You can delete lots of folders and there contents in one go. You can open a folder and select a number of files in one go and delete them. You can't do both at the same time. It will take a while to process a long list of deletes. You can press the power off button and the box will shut down when it's finished.
Media - OPT+ File Manager. Yellow to enter edit mode.
Delete Multiple folders
Click OK on folder to set/reset tick.
When all folders you want to delete are ticked. Red to Delete.
To delete within folders - open folder before entering edit mode.
