New IP Channels on Freeview

Having just done a re-tune I notice 3 channels in the 110-112 channels, the first of which VISION says it's a new IPTV channel when you Google it. How will this work? Will it need a box with IP access like the HDR-FOX-T2? Will it need a link in the TV Portal page to be added before it works?

I don't know much about this but AFAIK you will be like video on demand. You will require box with Internet access like the HDR-T2 for example.
