Next week's channel changes

Will next week's channel changes screw up the recording schedule? The customised firmware provides me with a backup but would this still be of any use if a channel number has changed?
 
On the HD/HDR-FOX T2 a change of channel numbers alone does not muck up the schedule of the HD/HDR-FOX T2.

There is another thread that discuses whether the customised firmware backup would cope and also includes comments on the CF packages.

Please would you clarify what you are asking that requires a separate thread, or was it just the title of the other thread that you found miss-leading?

Thank you for pointing me to the other thread, the title of which I didn't recognise as being relevant to my enquiry rather than being misleading.
