Overnight decrypt/shrink not picking up a shrink

Happened a couple of overnight runs now - two programmes to decrypt/shrink. Both decrypts and one shrink picked up on first sweep but the second shrink not picked up until the next sweep (see below).
Any ideas as to why this is happening ?
