Please Wait ... Stuck

My 9200t is suck on please wait when you first switch the box on. It loads the loader then please wait comes up and stays up. Tried puting the loader and software back on. But no luck. It might be the hard drive. I did format the hard drive in windows using NTFS (quick format) put it back in the box then get a message saying to format in which I did, but still stuck on please wait. Do i need to use FAT32. Or should I try another hard drive. When I used the hard drive in windows it picked it up ok.

Do a full format on a PC not a quick format (NTFS or FAT it doesn't matter). If that doesn't fix the problem use a disk wiping utility.
