Depends whether it happens a lot or is just the first time. I'm assuming your remote works properly and has sufficient battery power.
Even in standby my 2000T has become unresponsive. Cycling the power usually works and, fingers crossed, it's still in good health. I think it is possible to reboot this model by holding the front panel on/off "button" until it restarts. I usually do a disk check after such an incident - although I doubt the real usefulness of Humax's check.
