Postcode not recognised on foxsat HDR

I have the foxsat HDR box it is approx 3 years old, it will not recognise our postcode so we cannot tune in any channels. We currently have no channels listed. Can anybody help?
 
You don't have to use your postcode specifically - you can use any postcode (even a postcode for a different region if you prefer that region's programming on your "main" channels). Just pick the postcode for, say, your bank or something.
 
Usual cause of this is the loss of reception from the freesat home transponder. Usually dish alignment, faulty lnb or cabling issues. If the OP can get into manual tune then select the transponder 11427 H (might say 11428 H) from the transponder pull down box and look at the indicated signal strength and quality.
