Problem with RTS/Nugget (set but not recorded)

Ye Olde Bowler
I set up Escape to the Country, Hidden Wales with Will Millard and Lethal Weapon using RTS yesterday morning. Escape and Hidden Wales did not record although Lethal Weapon did.
I noticed that Hidden Wales had not started to record so started the box. There was no indication that the recording was taking place (ie, in My Video or in the Schedule) so I started an instant record. A screen appeared asking me to cancel the scheduled program (this was at 17:05, 5 minutes after the program should have started recording). I cancelled 'something' and the instant record continued successfully. Lethal Weapon recorded fine.
Here are what I think are the relevant log entries:

I have had this happen when the Hummy has locked up and I have power cycled it just as the program that is supposed to record has missed its start time. Doing the manual record seems to make the Hummy check its db of what is supposed to be recording and finding an entry starts the recording process, then asks is you want to stop it in favour of the manual recording. I leave the programmed recording running as that means it also files the recording in the appropriate folder and applies any padding to the end, both of which the manual recording doesn't do.
