Problem with .ts files

I have used the customised interface to download a few SD Files to my net work but am unable to open them with VLC (shows no codec info at all, although it does show the length in minutes) or freemake (file fails to open) . anyone any ideas please. Although completely new to the T2 I have a modified Humax 9200 which I can download file with humadreadfiles and have no problem with those .ts files. I presume I'm missing a something.

I expect the file has not been decrypted. Are you using HDR-FOX or HD-FOX? See links:

I Think i've confused autodecrypt and autounprotect I'll have another go when i get home.

No it was just not enabling sharing on the hummy - what an idiot!

Copied over a couple of test files which play fine in media player and can edit in freemake video convertor but wont play in VLC or open in videoredo plus which is a bit odd
