problems updating webif

tried updating webif (havent used it for a while) and get the following

>>> opkg upgrade webif
wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
Upgrading webif on root from 1.0.16-1 to 1.2.0...
Downloading http://hpkg.tv/hdrfoxt2/base/webif_1.2.0_mipsel.opk.
Collected errors:
* opkg_download: Failed to download http://hpkg.tv/hdrfoxt2/base/webif_1.2.0_mipsel.opk, wget returned 1.
* opkg_install_pkg: Failed to download webif. Perhaps you need to run 'opkg update'?

any ideas anyone please ?
