Queued Task Won't Stop

Help please I have a queued task that I can't stop/delete. I started an 'extract to mp3' by mistake, I meant to to do it to mp2, the quicker method. I tried to delete the task from the queue but it just sits there 'running' even after a restart and a power down and restart. I've even deleted the file it is trying to process but it still sits there 'running'. Any ideas please?
 
The inability to stop a task in the queue has happened before (when Drama, etc., would not decrypt properly).
Perhaps af123 could review this and give us an option to suspend/cancel an active job.
