Recording Failed: Unable to track programme

I have had some recent scheduled recording failures which have the error message "Recording Failed: Unable to track programme". I'm currently using 1.02.32 (not modified) but have also had the problem on the same recorder with 1.03.12. (modified). Instant record works fine.

I have completed a factory reset and a hard drive format -

Any ideas why this may be happening?
