Remote Control Problem

Have had the Foxsat- HDR recorder for several years. Now unable to open recorded programs with remote control, the media button not responding although all other buttons working as normal. Is there any way to access without using the remote?
 
The custom firmware includes a virtual remote control that operates via a web browser, presuming you can include the Foxsat on your home network.

It should be possible to repair the remote button by using the instructions here:

Alternatively you could use a universal replacement remote or obtain a replacement Foxsat remote on eBay.

Try a universal remote, or you may find an original on eBay.
