Remote via browser

Humax Version: 1.03.12 (kernel HDR_CFW_3.00)

I'm trying to control my HDR-FoxT2 by logging in to the web interface and then using the remote control feature (see attached file). I'm sure this used to work just fine, but now the pushing of the on-screen buttons appears to have absolutely no effect - eg change-vol, change-channel, mute-ound etc.

Anyone any idea what's wrong, or perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

Is the box responding to the real remote correctly - unexplained lockups are unfortunately not uncommon

Yep, I use it dozens of time every day. Also, all other functions appear to work fine via the browser session, like viewing recorded content etc.

Check the customise button to see if you have accidentally changed the remote control mode or disabled options (bottom of the page)
