Replaced HDD - Custom Firmware Web IF says "No internal disk found"? - FIXED

IGNORE THE BELOW - I rebooted after the disk formatted and all is well - the Web IF prompted me to download the full web IF

*******************
So my HDD died on my HDR T2 fox running Custom Firmware

I replaced the 500GB HDD with a new Seagate Skyhawk 1TB and the Humax booted fine, detected an unformatted disk so I chose to format it using the on screen display. It will now happily record etc so all looks good.

When I connect to the web interface I get the message "No internal disk found"

If I telnet to the device and choose to install the Web IF again I get the following error

Connection to online repository at hpkg.tv successful!

and try again.

Its a brand new disk so if I've done something stupid I can format it again etc - any ideas on next steps?

Thanks
