I arranged to have a parcel collected from an address for delivery to me, collection was scheduled for between 12.30 and 3.30 today. The sender then rescheduled that for tomorrow.

10am today I had an email saying it hat been collected and is on its way! WTF!!

It must be a bug doing the rounds. I ordered some IKEA stuff last week with default delivery on Saturday. We then decided that might be a problem (didn't have a timeslot at that stage) so rearranged it for Monday when we'd be in all day. Got a confirmation email for the change too.

Still arrived Saturday ... (luckily the time slot was ok)

The sender confirms the email. He won't be surprised if they turn up again tomorrow!

And there was me grumbling about the late (1-2 hours) delivery of my new passport (unfortunately no longer an EU one ). RM gave me a time slot and missed it. Tracking it was informative, but not really much use. Neither was the photo of a grubby hand pushing the letter/small packet through my front door. 10/10 for the Passport Office, 6/10 for RM.
