[RS] - Adding new rules to Advanced Rules

Hi Folks

I don't seem to be able to add new rules in the Advanced Rules or even copy an existing rule to make a new one. I can create a basic rule, convert and then edit it. I'm sure I copied some new advanced rules in the past but don't seem to be able to do it now. When I save the rules the new one just disappears. I have tried this in Chromium on Ubuntu, Chrome on XP and IE11 on Windows 8.1 all with the same result.

Advanced is broken.
Attempting to add something to Standard gave an everlasting spinner when submitting, but having eventually cancelled it, it was there in the list anyway.
