RS EPG problem

EPG on Remote Scheduling has started to show four (unwanted) channels in the 720-range, and no others. Also, settings show that my devices EPG region is now ''nown 12330' rather than 'north west'. I cannot see how to put this right. Grateful for any help.

It may be that your box has been recently retuned and is now tuned to channels from multiple regions.
Have a look at the Mux Info page via the web interface Diagnostics - they will show if you have more than one region tuned. If that is the case then you will need to do a manual retune to remove the other region.
